Fundição Balancins, an ISO TS16949 certified company,casts and machines iron autoparts for the automotive industry in Brazil and abroad. We specialize in difficult castings (solely in iron), particularly exhaust manifolds and automotive supports (for air-conditioning systems, steering boxes, gearboxes, engines).

Our company delivers finished parts, completely ready for the assembly line - cast, machined, painted, oiled, and with accessories. We can offer all this because (1) we are a medium-sized company, which gives us enormous flexibility and adaptability; and (2) since we possess our own foundry, painting area, and fully equipped machine shop - which work side-by-side at our plant in the outskirts of the city of São Paulo.

In keeping up with the demands of the global market, Balancins was among the first in its market segment to obtain ISO TS16949 certification in Brazil (please see 'quality' page for more info); it has also pioneered the use of the automated no-bake molding system in Brazil (complementing our shell molding process) in our foundry; we installed modern machinery (such as CNCs) and a variety of custom-made equipment in our machine shop.

These investiments have brought rewards. Today, we manufacture over 200 different cast and machined products for 15 different OEM or first Tier Companies.
